We recently had a customer that did 2 ft x 2 ft drop ceiling tiles in their basement. It was not possible for the full 2 ft x 2 ft tile to fit along the walls.

uMake custom made the tiles with the same profile but geometry from 3/4 inch SIntra (foamed PVC). it the lighting of the basement, the tiles finish and color matched perfect.
